Working Woman Wednesday - Ange Whitaker

Hey! Hey! Hey! It's Working Woman Wednesday! Hopefully you all are feeling good and looking great! Well WWW has worked itself around again and I have yet, another fabulous working woman that I'd like to share with you guys.
This week I bring you Ange Whitaker. She is a Houston native and mother of a 15 year old daughter. Ange has a Associates degree in Psychology with plans to obtain  a Bachelors degree in the near future. Until then, Ange is the owner of not one but TWO businesses! You go girl(In my Martin Lawrence voice)! She owns The Treasure Trunk, which is a luxury consignment business. She carries a variety of gently or never worn, high end designer items such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin etc. for a fraction of the price! She also carries lower end but high quality items at great prices. Who doesn't love a discount?? The goal for The Treasure Trunk, is to provide high end items at a more affordable range. Mission accomplished!  Ange also offers personal shopping services!
Couture Treats is the baking company that she has been operating since 2011.  She offers everything from custom cakes to individual desserts! Her clients love her desserts, but her strawberry cheesecake is her best seller.
Ange says. "I want to give clients an opportunity to come in and feel like they are royalty without breaking the bank." Therefore she plans to open a storefront in the next 5 years where she can house and operate both of her businesses.
She states that her motivation has always been her daughter and her community.  "I want the next generation to see that with hard work and dedication you don’t have to be a product of your environment.  The imagination can take you so far because I started both of these businesses on absolute faith." she stated.
